Lisa Armstrong, who was said to have been awarded £31million in a settlement from Ant McPartlin, has snapped up a four-bed house near Oxford as she builds an impressive property portfolio
Lisa Armstrong has reportedly added another property to her growing portfolio following her divorce from TV personality Ant McPartlin.
Last year, the Strictly Come Dancing make-up artist reportedly purchased a four-bedroom house near Oxford for over £700,000.
This adds to her existing properties which include a £2.3million five-bedroom mansion in west London, retained as part of her divorce settlement, and a £3.8million house in the same area bought in 2020, two years after her split from Ant.
However, her former marital home, which she had been renting out to a family of six, suffered a fire in September 2023 causing £1million worth of damage, reports the Mirror.
The Mirror reported last year that Lisa was looking to move forward after what our source described as a “topsyturvy few years to say the least.”
They added: “She is very much focused on the future and is in a really good place after what was a difficult period,”.
Lisa and Ant announced their decision to divorce in January 2018, just two months before Ant was involved in a car accident while more than twice over the drink-drive limit.
Following the incident, he pleaded guilty to drink-driving and was slapped with a £86,000 fine and a 20-month driving ban.
Post-crash, he checked into rehab and took a 10-month hiatus from his TV presenting duties.
The presenter then tied the knot with his former personal assistant, Anne-Marie Corbett, in 2021 and the couple welcomed their first child together, a son named Wilder Patrick McPartlin, in May.
Meanwhile, Lisa moved on with Sky electrician James Green in 2020, but their relationship unexpectedly ended in August 2023.
A friend of the pair commented at the time that the split after three years was amicable and that they intended to remain friends.
